The whole business, in one honest view
Intelligence Factory reads Jira, Tempo, Confluence, HubSpot, Xero, Google Analytics and the ad platforms, and puts delivery, sales, marketing, finance and the AI estate that runs them on one screen. Every figure says where it came from and how fresh it is. A reading it could not take says so, and is never drawn as a zero.
- Refreshed every night, live where it matters
- No source credential in the browser

Intelligence Factory in thirty seconds
The film is on its way
A consultancy runs on a dozen systems that never agree
Twelve tabs to answer one question
Hours are in Tempo, the work in Jira, the deals in HubSpot, the money in Xero. Nobody sees all of it at once.
Figures that disagree
Two reports count the same thing two ways, and the meeting is spent arguing about which one is right.
Stale without saying so
A dashboard keeps showing last week's numbers after a feed breaks, and looks exactly as confident as before.
Reporting eats the week
Status reports, standups and budget updates are rebuilt by hand, every week, by the people who should be delivering.
From a dozen sources to one view you can trust
- 1
Pull
Every night, and on the Refresh button, each surface pulls from its source. The credentials stay in the integration layer, never in the browser.
- 2
Fold
Each pull folds into one snapshot. An empty or failed pull is refused, so a good snapshot is never blanked by a bad night.
- 3
Show
Every surface stamps live or sample, and how old it is. Trend lines come from a small daily summary, so week on week is one glance.
- 4
Recommend
Claude reads the snapshot and suggests what to look at. Councils of expert seats debate the harder calls and return the disagreements as decisions.
- 5
Act
Fix a due date, an assignee or a status from the board in one editor. Every write goes through a short, named list of fields.
See the work, the pipeline and the machine
Every client's work on one board
- The Production Standup reads every delivery board, with the client from Jira's own Company field, never a guess from the title.
- Where Time Goes sets logged hours against capacity and public holidays. The unlogged gap is shown as uncaptured, never as idle, and never priced.
- What If plays a new project against capacity; Budget vs Burn shows how a client's purchased block is going.
From first click to signed quote
- The pipeline and quote funnel from the sales projects, HubSpot at the top of the funnel, licensing and the partner book beside them.
- Website traffic, the SEO crawl, Google and LinkedIn ad spend, and how visitors behave once they land.
- Money is shown as recorded. Licensing, services and DI's own purchases are never rolled into one flattering total.
Every automation, built and running
- Factory Lane reads every build live across the build systems and joins it to the asset register.
- A failure stays open until a later clean run clears it. A source it cannot reach shows as could not read, never as all clear.
- Background lists every timer in the estate in Melbourne time, with the raw schedule beside it.
The business, drawn as a world you can fly
- Element Map, Cascade 3D, Business Atlas, Production Construct and the Pipeline Galaxy re-draw what the flat views already own.
- Colour is identity, never a metric. Size is heat, and state is a ring, so a picture cannot quietly re-judge a number.
- Hand-built on a 2D canvas with no 3D library, and it holds still when you ask for reduced motion.
Councils on call
Seven standing councils, from Tools to Sales, debate a question from several seats and return the disagreements as decisions.
AI Cost
Every model call is logged against the feature that made it, with a budget checked before it runs.
The Studio
For DI staff: Claude drafts songs, LinkedIn and Google ads, motion videos, blog posts and LinkedIn posts in one place.
Showcase mode
The whole estate re-drawn on a fictional studio, so it can be shown to anyone without showing a client.
Find anything
Command K finds a client, a ticket, a person or a page, and the client switcher opens all five of a client's views.
Guest access
Share a scoped view with someone outside DI, with the restricted sections withheld, not just hidden.
Every change passes the gates
- A data audit checks the rules on this page in the code itself, and fails the build when one is broken.
- A browser gate draws every view at five screen widths in both themes, and fails on an error, an overflow or a blank page.
- Each gate has its own negative tests: the thing it guards is broken on purpose to prove the gate notices.
- Every Claude call is checked for logging, attribution, a budget and a throttle before it can merge.
Eight rules, enforced in code
A dashboard is only useful if you can believe it. These rules are printed on the surfaces that use them and checked by the gates on every change.
A zero is not a missing reading
A failed read prints COULD NOT READ. A field the source never had says not recorded. Neither is drawn as 0.
Every short list states its cap
"Showing 20 of 38", so a trimmed view never passes for the whole picture.
Money as recorded
Figures on different bases are shown side by side, never added into one number that looks authoritative.
A flag is a place to look
A flag next to a person points at work to check. It is never a verdict on the person.
Stale is a proxy
Stale means time since the last Jira update. It says where to look, not that anyone is slacking.
Unlogged is uncaptured
Time nobody logged is uncaptured, not idle. It carries no threshold, no traffic light and no price.
One card, one population
Two figures on one card describe the same people and period, or both are labelled.
Refresh never calls Claude
Data and AI refresh on separate buttons with separate limits. Opening a page reads the snapshot and spends nothing.

Talk to Design Industries. We will walk you through Intelligence Factory on our own studio, or in showcase mode on a fictional one, and show you what it would read in yours.
